3. Orders and Customisations

3.1 Placing an Order

  • To place an order, browse our online catalogue, select your desired Product(s), customise as needed, add to basket, and proceed to checkout.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Performance Car Prints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Customisation Options

  • Colour Choices: Select from our two available finish options:

    • Standard Finish: Black plastic finish, matte black.

    • Flocking Finish: Provides a textured, premium feel.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices for our Products are listed on our Website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal: Secure online payments via PayPal account

4.3 Payment Terms

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

  • Standard Finish Orders: Production and shipping on the same day if the order is placed before 4 PM GMT.

  • Flocking Finish Orders: An additional 24 hours before shipping to allow the glue to cure.

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the order. These will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.3 Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1 Standard Orders

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Exchanges: Available for different sizes, colours, or designs if the original product doesn't meet your expectations.

  • Refunds: Issued for qualifying returns after the returned item is inspected.

6.2 Flocking Finish Orders

  • Non-Refundable: Custom finishes are made to order and cannot be refunded. Please ensure your customisation choices before placing an order.
